We are pleased to announce that our Electronic Materials & Components Division, Advanced Products Company, has opened a website for xEV-related thermal management solutions.

At present, the development and spread of xEVs is under way around the world for the achievement of carbon neutrality (virtual zero greenhouse gas emissions). Above all, "controlling heat" or "thermal management" of individual components is a major issue.

The website addresses heat-related issues surrounding xEVs that customers are faced with by using case examples and providing solutions using our products; insulating heat-dissipating substrates, AuSn paste and thermistors. The website also presents our solutions for various xEV parts such as inverters, motors, and batteries.

We will continue to meet customer demands with our electronic materials and components relating to thermal management by adding case examples that help resolve customer issues.
