Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has released "Create, Transform: MATERIALS" a concept video celebrating the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Mitsubishi Materials Group.

This video shows how the Mitsubishi Materials Group creates new value and hope for the future through manufacturing, and how recycling can change the nature of things-and ourselves. It uses an animation style even children will like, gentle narration, and light-hearted music. World-famous artist "kotringo" collaborated with the project by providing her narration and composition skills.

Under our corporate philosophy of "For People, Society and the Earth," we at the Mitsubishi Materials Group will continue to tackle a range of social issues as we help build a "prosperous society," "recycling-oriented society," and "decarbonized society" through engaging in our day-to-day business activities.

kotringo

kotringo began performing in New York after obtaining a degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston. Discovered by Ryuichi Sakamoto, she then made her debut in Japan with the release of her single, "Konnichiwa mata ashita (Hello & See you)."
Since then, she has released ten solo albums and nine soundtrack albums.
Today, she is well-regarded as an artist whose brilliant piano playing and gentle singing voice make listeners feel as they are floating in a magical pop world, and as a composer who brings a greater depth to orchestra arrangements.
