Our Commitment Our Mission

The Mitsubishi Materials Group has set out Our Commitment of "For people, society and the earth, circulating resources for a sustainable future", and is implementing a variety of reforms.

Message from the President Message from the President

Our Values of "Challenge," "Change," "Growth," "Praise and Appreciation," and "A Better Tomorrow" are policies intended to guide our actions so that we can achieve these aims. "We challenge, change, and grow together. We express praise and appreciation to encourage the growth, for a better tomorrow."

By having each individual belonging to the MMC Group put these Our Values into practice as they tend to their daily duties, we will embrace the challenge of working toward realizing each individual's own personal commitment, without fear of failure. Furthermore, we are also making efforts to improve employee engagement in order to further accelerate these activities.

To foster vertical communication between management and employees, an internal program is regularly streamed featuring the company president as host. Through conversations with executives and staff, the program highlights workplace perspectives and includes on-site visits. Its relaxed tone offers a candid view of the president's personality, making it a well-regarded channel for authentic engagement.
