Dielectric targets for protective layer of phase change disk is produced by mixing ZnS and SiO2. We are the biggest supplier of this target in the world. We have two plants for mass production of ZnS-SiO2 target in Japan and Taiwan.
Our ZnS-SiO2 target was often improved for customer's demand in the past and has highest quality of fine grain, high strength and low particle count in the world. Now our ZnS-SiO2 target has become the worldwide standard.
