Note on year-on-year comparison

  • Total refined copper production is expected to remain almost the same as in the same period of the previous year. Production at Naoshima Smelter & Refinery will increase by approximately 25% because no maintenance is scheduled this year.
Production at Onahama Smelter & Refinery is anticipated to decrease by approximately 25% due to the strategic plan to scale down copper concentrate processing at Onahama Smelter & Refinery.
  • Refined gold and silver production is expected to decline mainly due to the absence of Gresik slime acceptance and the planned reduction in copper concentrate processing at Onahama Smelter & Refinery.
