Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has, for the first time in seven years, redesigned the website of its Metalworking Solutions business, which manufactures and sells cemented carbide tools.
Our Metalworking Solutions business is undertaking various initiatives with the aim of being recognized by customers as a global top 3 supplier by understanding customers and providing products and services in a timely manner. As part of the DX strategy being promoted company-wide, the Metalworking Solutions business has positioned DX promotion as a pillar for strengthening its business competitiveness and aims to enhance customer contacts and increase the added value of its services.
We have added a new member sign-up function as part of this redesign. By signing up and accessing their My Page, visitors can view information customized for each individual. For example, they can view their search history of cemented carbide tools that they have searched for previously and quickly access the information they want to find. In addition, their preferences are analyzed based on their site browsing and other data to provide information such as seminars that suit their interests. Furthermore, the top menu has been reviewed and redesigned aiming to provide a direct path to the desired information.
We will continue to enhance the website's functions and contents to improve visitor convenience and make it attractive as a place that provides the solutions and services best suited to each and every customer.
