•This series of parts are used extensively as surge-protecting elements for low-voltage / low-current equipment such as telecommunication equipment and sensor lines.
•Excellent for protecting signal lines that require low capacitance.
•The DSA-A-type combined with a varistor or a cement resistor can be used as surge-protecting elements in power supplies.
•Allows performing AC withstanding voltage tests without removing the surge absorber (above 2400V).
•DSA-A style displays the “MMCC”trademark (except 402MA and 452MA) are UL-recognized protectors when connected in series with an appropriate UL recognized varistor or a cement resistor (RGBS5 3.
